2011 Adult Region

Regional Health Profiles wer​e created using data from the 2011 California Health Interview Survey (CHIS). Up to 25,000 households in California were randomly selected and participated in CHIS 2011 to produce these regional health estimates for adults, teens and children. 

Development of the profiles was supported by The California Endowment. 

Note: The CHIS 2011 one-year sample size is not sufficient to produce stable estimates at the county level.
